This is a highly coveted Walt Johnson case made to fit a Selmer Mark VI or similar sax.
The Walt Johnson logo badge is missing.
Overall the case is in what would be considered "rough" shape, but with Walt Johnson's they just keep on going!
The inside has the typically discoloration marks you see on these after years of use.
