You are buying a neck only, no saxophone is included.
This neck came from a Mark VI serial #186xxx.
Sometimes necks just fit on a body, but typically every neck needs to be fitted to your body to have a perfect seal. This is quick and affordable but please plan on bringing to your tech to have perfectly fit!
This neck is being sold as used and has its fair share of typical scratches, knicks, metal wear, patina. There is some light typical pull down.
