For sale is a Selmer Mark VI 90xxx alto saxophone with its matching serial number neck!
This is a absolute prime era monster playing 5 digit beauty!
This saxophone is shipping with an original Selmer tray pack case! The zipper is very rough and could be oiled. You will need a better case to use if you plan on taking the horn in and out of the case.
This horn has older pads however has just received a full setup up bottom to top. All of the action is lighting quick clamping down and and direct just as should be. There are no clicks clanks, metal on metal, loss of motion etc. The mechanics are tight, however the horn is sitting on older pads.
This saxophone is being sold as used and has its fair share of scratches, knicks, dings, fleabites, repair marks, weld marks, refinished lacquer and other anomalies associated with such a used vintage horn!
Its hard to believe, but as beautiful as this saxophone is its actually a re lacquered horn!
