This horn is an incredible find in just awesome condition. Of course the horn has plenty used marks or wear and tear, however in the general scope of how these horns typically come around this is an exceptional specimen!
Worth noting, this horn has a gorgeous neck! The matching serial number neck is in great condition with very little use compared to how they typically pop up.
This saxophone is being sold as a used antique and has its fair share of scratches, knicks, dings, dents, fleabites, metal wear of various colors, used marks and other anomalies associated with such a used antique.
Take a look at picture #5. Directly above the Selmer stamping is some sorta white metal wear patina. Its really not a big deal, however its the worst cosmetic flaw on the horn so its worth mentioning.
The horn is a mix of used pads, older pads, and oldest pads. The horn it self has just come out of the shop. Its fully setup on its mix array of pads. Although the horn is fully setup the horn could benefit from a clean sooner then later, or a full overhaul and pad job shall you decide to go that route.
This horn comes with Selmer case and Selmer end plug worth a pretty penny by them selves. The case has some tape over some damage.
There are very few Brecker range 5 digit horns in this condition left in the world. Fact is horns like this just do not come to market very often. If you have been looking for an investment grade Brecker 5 digit please do not hesitate to buy and pay over, we will ship ASAP upon payment!
