This mouthpiece is a prime era early Carlsbad Level Air serial #10,812.
Some Level Air's serial numbers indicate the exact production date and year. This mouthpiece is an early Level Air prior to that serial number system starting.
This mouthpiece is being sold as used and has its fair share of scratches, knicks, fleabites, patina, metal wear, and other anomalies associated with such an old vintage used mouthpiece!
This mouthpiece comes with its cap and ligature. The ligature is in rough shape with strong green metal wear patina. It will be up to you if you choose to use a metal cleaner to try and improve, leave as is, or simply use another ligature.
