For sale is a Martin Committee III Bb baritone saxophone!
This horn is a prime era Martin serial #202xxx with its matching #202xxx neck!
This horn is going to need a full overhaul and pad job to be a functional sax. Right now the horn just sits as a not working parts horn.
This horn is an relaq relacquered horn after the factory. That being said these are rare horns, and this is a really beautiful American made baritone! Theres typically only 0 or a couple of these for sale at any given time.
This horn is being sold as not working and has its fair share of strong scratches, knicks, dings, dents, fleabites, patina, tarnish, metal wear of red colors, and other anomalies associated with such an old antique.
Please check out picture #24. The pearls appear to have so much play time that they are sorta gritty matte, not shiny.
No case is included with purchase.
When these horns are in fully playing condition they are beast baritones to play. These horns play like the tenor sax of the baritone world, playing with a huge tone but not much air needed to maneuver around the horn. So these horns are always worth investing to bring back to life!
This horn is on sale at our Los Angeles, California saxophone showroom store and can sell at any point so if you have been looking for a bari please buy and pay confidently we will ship ASAP upon payment!
