This horn is the beloved 62 in the latest revision 04 variant with the Amber Dark Lacquer and elaborate hand engraving!
This horn was just purchased brand new for full price, played for a very short time, and is now for sale.
The owner bought this horn to get back into playing sax, played it for 10 minutes, then decided it wasnt for him and to move along.
Take a look at the factory neck cork to get a feel for how much this horn was really played. The cork makes it look a mouthpiece wasnt even pushed on the neck!
This saxophone is the new "04" variant YAS 62.
These new 04 YAS 62s feature an upgraded more elaborate hand engraving! The 04 also features new higher end pads, revised octave key, heat treated annealed body, bell, bow, and a few other design tweaks.
This horn is a perfect playing sax. The horn is freshly setup and everything is opening and closing perfect.
Although quite beautiful this horn is still being sold as used and if you look hard enough may have a light surface scratch or smudge.
This saxophone comes with its Yamaha case and mouthpiece!
Overall this saxophone is in fantastic piece. The finish and engraving look great! These amber finished horns have only been available for so long now, so you dont typically see them on the used market for good prices.
